Host Your Next Event at Roots!

Looking for a unique and charming space to celebrate your special moments? Our beautifully styled showroom at Roots is now available to rent for private events! Whether you’re planning a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, rehearsal dinner, or an intimate wedding reception — our botanical-inspired setting provides the perfect backdrop for gatherings big or small.

Payments must be in cash, check, or money order. The rental of a Roots on 9th room is a total of $550 (before tax). A nonrefundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remainder of the balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the event.

Additional Information:

  • Tables and chairs will be provided for you, but any tablecloths and additional decor should be provided by the rentee.
  • 30 people fit comfortably for an event. If you wish to have more than that, be prepared for crowding to happen.
  • Advantage of booking with us: Enjoy an exclusive 20% discount on all your floral requirements for the event.
  • Space booked for 3 hours: 1 hour for setup and 2 hours for the event.
  • Please take all garbage out to the dumpster in the parking lot after your event.
  • Cancellations: Made less than 30 days prior to the event will receive no refund. There are no refunds for cancellations of individual specific items after the final contract is signed.
